When BusinessEvents writes data to the backingstore, does it just write the changes or does it dump the entire cache everytime? For example, if one concept changes value, does BusinessEvents just update that concept in the backing store or does it redump all the other concepts as well that have not changed?

Symptom:

If one concept changes value, BusinessEvents only writes that one change to the backingstore. Those concepts which have not change are not included in the write to the backingstore.
