ActiveDatabase Adapter threw "duplicated agent found" error in ActiveMatrix environment.
Cause:

The ADB adapter does not allow adapters with the same instance id to be running in same network.
Resolution:
==========
The instance id is not configurable in ActiveMatrix, so the property "adb.noDupDetection" should always set to "on" before deploying the SA.
