Resolution:
While Installing an Adapter , Designer gets installed along with TRA
which is the TIBCO Runtime Agent.
The TRA is a set of executables and shared libraries for many of the 4.1 products,
including Designer. It is a new required infrastructure product for
Designer, and includes internal components such as the TIBCO
Repository Client and Adapter SDK runtime.
