Resolution:
In Hawk 5.0, the last entry of tibco.env.PATH in tibhawkagent.tra is "%PSP%PATH%", which should be "%PSP%%PATH%". This may cause the system %PATH% not to be parsed successfully. Recorded in HK-4990, has been fixed in Hawk 5.1.0_v4.
