TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Remedy 5.2.2 crashed on Windows 2008 and Windows 7 if:
   o A subscription service was configured in the adapter configuration, and
   o A DELETE operation message was sent to the subscription service.

Environment:

   o Microsoft Windows 2008
   o Microsoft Windows 2008 R2
   o Microsoft Windows 7
   o TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Remedy 5.2.2

Symptoms:

Adapter instance crashes when processing the message.

Cause:

There is an unhandled exception returned by Remedy API library.

Resolution:

The issue has been addressed in TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Remedy 5.2.2 Hot Fix 1.
