Resolution:
A palette is a collection of resource templates or activities that can be used to populate a project in the TIBCO Designer, e.g. you can use SOAP palette to create process definitions that implement web services. Other palettes include: AE Adapter, FTP, File, HTTP, JDBC, JMS, Java, Mail, RV, XML and General.
