Description
Resolution:
If "external" repository option is chosen when installing BusinessConnect
products, make sure your repository server's .ini file "repo.encoding"
property to be set to "UTF-8". Otherwise, you will get
errors like: Can not change encoding from UTF-8 to ISO8859-1 because of
other existing connection with different encoding.This is applicable
to all versions of BC but not BP as external repo option is not
available
