The error occurs after clicking the Connect button in TIBCO designer.  You will see the following error if using JMS as the DTA transport, start DTA JMS.exe.

    --- TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) Adapter for PeopleSoft versions:  5.2.0, 5.3.0 and 6.0.0


Resolution:
==========
    ---The steps to resolve this issue are:
        1. Check if the PSJOA has to come from the application that customers want to connect to.
        2. Check to see if the PeopleSoft IP, port, userid, password, which adapter would connect to are correct.
        3. Check if the  port is  open on the EMS server for connectivity.
        4. Check if the customer enable authorization for the EMS Server. If yes, add authorized username/password into adpsft8DTA.dat (which is under &ltTIBCO_HOME>\adapter\adpsft8\&ltversion>\bin) and adpsft8palette.dat (which is under &ltTIBCO_HOME>\adapter\adpsft8\&ltversion>\lib\palettes)
        5. In designer, modify the Global Variable "JmsProviderURL" and " adpsft8DATJmsProviderURL" to the EMS Server ip and port.
