After upgrading TIBCO Rendezvous(RV) from 8.1 to 8.2, when trying to start BEMM service or any BE application, it reports missing MSVCR71.dll.
Environment:

TIBCO Rendezvous 8.2
Cause:

Application could not find MSVCR71.dll in PATH
Resolution:
=========
Check if MSVCR71.dll in the PATH. Copy MSVCR71.dll to PATH or to the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory.
If this does not work then copy MSVCR71.dll from tibcojre\1.6.0\bin directory to BE_HOME/bin directory.
