Need to run tibrvsend on one node connected to an RV daemon running on a second node. What are the related libraries and components that must be installed for the tibrvsend command to be able to function?

There are no dependent libraries and components for the tibrvsend binary to function.  
Install the tibrvsend binary on the first node and run the tibrvsend command to connect to the RV daemon process on the second node.
