Resolution:
1 before starting, kill the rvd of hawk that is running in your system
2. open your repository in Designer
3. From palette panel add 'Repository Finder' to the design panel
4. select the 'Repository Finder', in 'Local File Repositories', check
'Search Locally' and select the 'Local Directory'
    which has the repository dat file
5. Press 'Rediscover'
6. In the 'Advanced' tab, check 'Advanced Browsing' and 'Advanced Editing'
7. press 'ok'
8. from the project panel, select
      'Local Repository-->&ltrepository
instance>--root--tibco--private--adapter-ADB--&ltadb instance>
9. from the configuration panel, under 'startup' select  'microAgentSession'
10. change this session name to 'defaultMicroAgentSession'.  ( note 'M' for
Micro)
11. press enter (only then the change is effected)
10. press 'commit' and 'save' the repository.

This should solve the problem.
