When an inheritance event is used, the entire Child event’s expiry action is commented and it will be executed as null and the Parent event expiry action will not be executed.

Cause:

Only if the expiry action in the Child is blank will the Parent event expiry action be fired.

Resolution:
===========
To execut the Child event's expiry action there must be at least one executable stement in the action. To execute the Parent event's expriy action, the Child event's expiry action must be null.
