Symptoms

When trying to deploy an application on BW component on a machine residing in another subnet, it fails with the error (Failed to get notified). Both subnets are connected via RVRDs.


Resolution

======

This problem is caused due to an RVRD having too many client connections (>1600). This problem is resolved by shutting down the appropriate component or releasing RVRD connections.
