Resolution:
XML Authority is an XML schema (DTD, XDR, SOX, XSD...) editor and conversion tool.  XML Instance is a schema-driven XML document editor and validator. XML Console is an XML management utility, offering batch level validation and transformation as well as the schemaDoc documentation facility.  

As of the 2.2 release, XML Authority, XML Instance, and XML Console have been combined into a single IDE  called Turbo XML.  While XML Authority also continues to be released as a stand alone product, XML  Instance and XML Console are no longer available on stand alone basis.
