When trying to upload a key to BC the following error message is seen:
"Credential Save failed. Certificate is not valid: CA or intermediate certificate with DN=xxx,o=yyy (For testing purpose only),l=Anytown,st=Anystate,c=US not found"

BusinessConnect 5.X.X and 6.X.X all version.
Resolution:
==========
The key file should have the key itself and the full self-signed certificate chain associated with it. BC will not import it and will throw an error if the complete certificate chain is not included even if the CA (Certificate Authority) certificate is already stored in BC's certificate store.
