The following error will be shown in a dialog box when try to commit a project:

"Connection to Server Refused"
Reason:
ResponseProcessingException:
com.tibco.cep.mgmtserver.rms.response.ResponseProcessingException:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence

This happen only when using double byte char (ex. 'ä') in the Commit description. CR 1-9NTMQB raised already. It is not possible to commit or view the worklist when this happen.

Resolution:

To be able to commit a project you have to shutdown RMS server and remove all files in &ltbe-home>/rms/bdb
