Resolution:
A TIBCO PortalPack is a pre-packaged application for the TIBCO ActivePortal platforms. There are two kinds of TIBCO PortalPack applications:
   - a shrink-wrapped integration between the portal and one or more enterprise applications, such as Microsoft Exchange
   - a pre-packaged application that adds optional "bolt-on" features to the portal platform itself.

The operative words are "pre-packaged" and "shrink-wrapped."   A TIBCO PortalPack integration product is a pre-configured assembly of whatever resources are required to perform the integration with the TIBCO ActivePortal platform.

These resources typically include:
   - UI resources: portal categories, pages, content/container/layout templates, personalization templates, GIFs, help files, etc.
   - Integration resources:
           - may include a pre-configured TIBCO Adapter or other products
           - may include new PB plug-in category types, servlets or JSP / ASP pages.
   - Installationwizard.
   - Install / Administration guide with deployment guidelines.
