Resolution:
Migration Steps to upgrade TIBCO BusinessWorks(TM) Collaborator (BWC) 5.5.1 HF04 to 5.6 .
Steps to upgrade BWC from 5.5.1 HF04 to BWC 5.6 with existing database:
1). Undeploy and delete all BWC applications from the Admin domain.
2). Unregister BWC components from the Admin domain.
3). Stop InConcert and Repository servers.
Example: Upgrade Oracle from 10.2 to 11.2
Note: If you are not upgrading the database ignore this step.
5). Install BWC 5.6.0 .
Note: select option "Upgrade" instead of "New". Make sure the Oracle client version is the same as the server version.
6). Register the BWC components.
7). Create a Shared ear file and restart the Workflow server.
Note: Before deploying an application, open the project in the new Designer and validate it. Then recreate the project archive and deploy.
