Resolution:
Make sure your CLASSPATH environment variable contains the following:

C:\tibco\tibrv\JAVA\RVJPRO.JAR;C:\TIBCO\TIBRV\LIB\tibrvj.jar

Make sure these JAR files exists in the directory referred.

If C:\tibco\tibrv\JAVA\RVJPRO.JAR does not exist then you have NOT installed the TIB/Rendezvous V5.X legacy application support package. Please install it.
