According to the TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for IBM I 6.0.0 Installation Guide, the Response File should be created using the following command:

Installation_package -options-record C:\directory\responseFile
    
This does not work.


Environment:

   o Windows platform
   o TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) Adapter for IBM I 6.0.0

Symptoms:
========
1). Execute the command “TIB_adas400 suite_6.0.0_win_x86.exe -options-record c:\response.txt”

2). Install the product step by step.

3). After installation, there is no response file generated

Cause:

This is a documentation defect.

Resolution:

The response file can be generated with following command:

Installation_package -a -options-record C:\directory\responseFile
