Symptoms:

When exporting images from TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) - Rule Analyzer, the images are exported to Portable Document Format (PDF),  JPEG (jpg) or Image (png) file formats but the resulting file cannot be zoomed in to give a viewable image. The diagram consists of nothing but lines with no visible text.

There can be several causes.  See Resolution for possible cuases.

Resolution:
========

1). First make sure that the BE project validates in your TIBCO Designer without any errors.

2). Zoom the diagram in the Rule Analyzer until you have visible text.

3). Export with either  'Actual size' option or  'Current Zoom' option.

4). If neither option works  then try another display option in the BE Rule Analyzer such as 'Orthogonal Layout' or 'Circular Layout' and try step #2 again.  Other layout options can also be tried.

If none of the above solutions work then try adjusting the screen resolution. Both 1680x1050 resolution and 1440 by 900 pixels should help you view better.
