When setting up a RMS project using studio-tools, the following exception was thrown:
org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException: Plug-in "com.tibco.cep.studio.rms.core" was unable to instantiate class "com.tibco.cep.decision.cli.ValidateDecisioableCLI".
        at org.eclipse.core.internal.registry.osgi.RegistryStrategyOSGI.throwException(RegistryStrategyOSGI.java:180)
        at org.eclipse.core.internal.registry.osgi.RegistryStrategyOSGI.createExecutableExtension(RegistryStrategyOSGI.java:174)

Environment:

Cause:

The utility studio-tools uses the default workspace on your box (i.e., C:\Users\&ltuserID>\workspace) which will fail when the workspace was used by a previous version of BE or is corrupted.

Resolution:
==============
To avoid the error you have to  rename or delete  the directory (C:\Users\&ltuserID>\workspace).
