Thhe installation log files shows the following errors/warnings.
(Jul 13, 2012 11:40:26 AM), Install, com.tibco.installer.util.TIBCOInstaller, wrn.TIBINS212908: Warning, tibco_uninversal_installer, , DEPENDENCY CHECK FAILED:
Cause:

Silent Installation files gives dependency check errors and does not install all components due to incorrect key names. Some keys that are required are also not mentioned in the silent files.
Resolution:
===========
Modify these keys in the silent files according to environment needs . Example :
<entry key="installationRoot">C:\tibco_silent18</entry>
<entry key="environmentName">TIBCO-HOME-SILENT-18</entry>
<entry key="environmentDesc">TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.0 Installation</entry>
Steps To Install Silently BE 5.0.0:
Extract all TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.0.0 Zip files into a single directory. Call it BE 5.0 for example (If any dialogue pops us asking if it could replace the files as in Windows, click "yes").
Replace the existing TIBCOUniversalInstaller.silent file in the newly created BE 5.0 directory with TIBCOUniversalInstaller_0.silent which is in attachments .
Run the silent install command. Check inside users folder where the installation logs are found (Windows Location -- C:\Users\<username>\.TIBCO )
Confirm installation is successful through the install logs i.e., it should not have any dependency check failed statements.
