The error "Class description not available for: <IDOC_Name-4x>" indicates that the adapter received an Idoc '<IDoc_Name>' for which it is not configured.
The error "failed while converting event to 'MInstance'" occurs when there are some schema mismatches between the Schema of the adapter and the IDoc which is being sent to the adapter from the SAP.

In order to resolve this issue, please refresh the schema by clicking on the "Refresh schema" button under the Schema TAB in designer and confirm that the IDoc schema for IDoc is uploaded properly.
Also, please ensure that the Idoc being sent from SAP has the same structure as the Idoc for which the adapter is configured.
