TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) v11.1.3 hotfix 13 packages the wismbd file, but the hotfix readme does not have any reference to it.

TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) v11.1.3 Hotfix 13
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 5.x

Symptoms:
==========
The wismbd file is listed in neither the “Affected Files for 11.1.3-hotfix13” nor the “Installation” section of the readme.

Cause:
=======
References to the wismbd file were missed in the iProcess Engine v11.1.3 hotfix 13 readme. It is a readme defect.

Resolution:
==========
The wismbd file should be included while applying the iProcess Engine v11.1.3 hotfix 13. This file needs to replace the existing $SWDIR/etc/wismbd file.

Alternatively, you can refer to the attached readme which has corrected wismbd file references.
