Description:
Changing a parameter in the BW component level (enabling/disabling Process Starters) will affect all nodes that the application is deployed on. For example, an application is deployed on two nodes (node1 and node2). When disabling a process starter on node1, the process starter gets disable on both nodes.

Resolution
This behavior is correct because AMX creates an instance of that
application and deploys it on selected nodes. Any changes to the BW
component will affect all nodes that application is deployed on.
