Description
=========
The TIBCO iProcess Engine [iPE] may have a series of chcon error messages displayed on the console during the installation process even though SELinux is disabled.

Environment:
==========
   o TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.1.1
   o Red Hat 5.x

Symptoms:
=========
During the installation process, a number of chcon errors may be present on the console output resembling the following:

chcon: can't apply partial context to unlabeled file /staff/ipe/i1111o/sdks/swsalsdk/slibs
chcon: can't apply partial context to unlabeled file /staff/ipe/i1111o/sdks/swsalsdk/slibs/altova.a

Cause:
=====
The iPE engine installation script is improperly determining if SELinux is enabled or disabled and is attempting to run chcon commands when SELinux is disabled.

Resolution:
=========

The chcon errors on the console output can be ignored as SELinux is disabled.  MR 43191 has been raised to resolve this issue in a future release of iPE.
