TIBCO Adapter for Files(FA) 6.0.0 Hotfix readme instructs customers to replace TIBCOadaptermappers.jar from TIBCO Runtime Agent(TRA) folder TRA_HOME\5.6\lib\repository_mappers with one comes with hotfix.

FA 6.0.0, TRA 5.7.0 or higher

If you have TRA 5.7.0 or higher in your environment then you can skip the step of replacing the TIBCOadaptermappers.jar file from the TIBCO_HOME}\tra\5.7\lib\repository_mappers. TRA 5.7 already contains an updated TIBCOadaptermappers.jar version.
