Issues building a composite with Implementation Type selected as a BW component. The application build fails in Business Studio with the following exception when the composite is started in the RAD debugger.

Capability com.tibco.amx.capability.implementation.bwse for version 1.0.0 cannot be resolved.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException

Symptoms:

Can not start RAD debugger in Business Studio.

Cause:
=====
Runtime components are not installed.

Resolution:
=======
Beginning with BWSE5.9, Design Time can be installed separately and the run time is not enforced.

After such an installation, you can create/design projects and DAA's but cannot debug applications using the AMX debugger. This is an expected behavior.
