Description
Resolution:
The reason could be the incompatibility between the tgl files
created for older versions of EDI protocol. For example, EDI1.5.0 tgl
files are not compatible with EDI2.0.0. Also, tgl files are platform
specific. If a tgl file has been created on Solaris, it cannot
be loaded into a EDI instance running on Windows OS. Both of the
above conditions will result in "XEngine: Failed Guideline" error.
