Yes, the Logfile microagent can handle the log file truncate correctly if the log file monitored is truncated completely.
After Logfile microagent detects the log file truncated, it will start to scan this file from the beginning again. Be aware that if this log file is truncated partially, it will introduce problem for Logfile microagent since it will rescan the old log entry.
