Resolution:
You should use hawk v4.0.5_patch1 with internationalization
windows 2000 platform. For German, Italian, French and Spanish,
use code page 1252. For Polish, use code page 1250(or 852) and you
can try this code page for other Central European Languages as
well. For Japanese SJIS, use -codepage 932. For Korean use
-codepage 936. For Simplified Chinese use -codpage 949 and
Traditional Chinese use -codepage 950. Please note that this
is only valid on Windows platform and not Unix.
