Description:
The JAVA version in TIBCO_HOME has been updated by the TIBCO BusinessEvents installation (version 5.1 and HF1) to an older version.
This caused issues with other deployed applications.
NOTE:
The Java version in TIBCO_HOME has been updated manually by the customer.
Symptoms:
Unable to start deployed TIBCO BusinessWorks applications after installation of TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.1.1
Cause:
Java version conflict. The installer checks the Java version installed by TIBCO Universal Installer and updates the Java version if required.
Resolution
It is not possible to avoid that a manually updated Java version in an existing TIBCO_HOME will not be overwritten. We recommend renaming the tibcojre folder prior to installation and then replacing it afterwards
