Resolution:
Service Agent is not reconnecting to a JMS Server (MQ Series(7.0) JMS server). The problem is encountered during robustness tests.
Note that the test is done on SOAP over JMS. It may not be applicable for other JMS activities.
BW 5.8 and below.

Solution
======
The solution is to upgrade BW to version 5.9. It will not work on BW versions 5.7 or 5.8 . Only BW version 5.9 is able to reconnect with MQ 7.0 after restarting the MQ server without recycling the BW engine.
