Description:
When selecting a business process in MDM UI and then clicking on the Default link, a RUL-4510 error message will display on the UI.
Symptoms:
The following error message is displayed on the MDM UI:
RUL-4510: Failed to retrieve a rule. for user 34254, organization 34009, business process rule Conflict Resolution, template name Default. SQL-8202: Failed while executing SQL statement. SQL state S00010. Database specific error code (if any) was 195. Database error message (if any) was: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: 'concat' is not a recognized built-in function name.
Cause:
SQL Server-specific rules are not copied from %MQ_HOME%\config\rules\sqlserver to %MQ_HOME%\config\rules .
Resolution
Go to %MQ_HOME%\bin and run the command copyRulesForSqlServer.bat .
