Description:

If you see this message while choosing a TIBCO_HOME or TIBCO Configuration Directory, the cause could be that the installer is using ire 1.6.0.022 or below.


Symptoms:
When installing EMS 6.3.0 and later -- WARNING: You do not have write privileges for the path C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\<folder>

Cause:
The installer is using ire 1.6.0.022 or below.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, either have the installer use the JVM that is part of the install bundle or point it to another ire which is JRE 1.6.0.023 or above using the -is:javahome option.
