When customer attempts to install the TIBCO(R) Adapter for SWIFT 5.7.0 on TRA 5.6.0,  the installation fails starting with the error:

TIBSWF202501: Error: TRA 5.5.0 and above is a pre-requisite for installing. Please first install TRA 5.5.0 and proceed with this product installation.

Cause
==========
The installed TRA 5.6 could not be detected from the registry files by TIBCO(R) Adapter for the SWIFT installer program.

Resolution:
==========
All TIBCO products including TRA should be registered in the registry files vpd.properties and vpd.properties.tibco.&ltsystemName>, and the content of two registry files should be the same.

For this issue we suggest the following steps.

(1).  Make sure there was no change in the &ltsystemName> of the system after installation of TRA. If the hostname has cvhanged you need to update the file name of vpd.properties.tibco.&ltsystemName>.

(2). If the content of the two registry files is not the same copy vpd.properties.tibco.&ltsystemName> to vpd.properties to make the content identical.

(3). For Unix platforms, check the current user if vpd.properties.tibco.&ltsystemName> has write/read permission.

(4). Do not have multiple users using the same user account installing TIBCO product at the same time.    

(5). Stop all TIBCO processes before installing/uninstalling any TIBCO product.

(6). Make backups of the 'vpd.properties.tibco.< systemName >' file periodically after an installation so that the file can be restored if necessary.
