In BusinessEvents 4.0.0, engine priority for failover and failback doesn't appear to work.

Symptoms:

Although a second BusinessEvents instance has higher priority it wil not failover and failback.



Resolution:
==========
As a workaround, you can add the "Agent.inference-class.priority" property in
the processing Unit explicitly and assign the value accordingly.
