Resolution:
When Unicode characters are required to be passed from SAP to TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for SAP, the related configuration on SAP should be done in so that the Unicode characters can be passed properly.
Configuration steps:
1). Login to SAP through SAP GUI.
2). Type sm59 into the command field on Standard bar then click the "Enter" button (a white check mark on a green ball) on left.
3). Unfold the "TCP/IP connections" folder in the left hand pane and double click the entry which is associated to the specific adapter instance.
4). Go to te "MDMP & Unicode" tab then click the "Display <-> Change" button (a pencil icon) on the upper location of the screen.
5). Select "Communication Type with Target System" from "Non-Unicode" to "Unicode", then click the "Save" button on the Standard bar.
