Add the native JARs to the Desginer.tra file using the property "tibco.env.CUSTOM_CP_EXT ". Run the generateManifest tool and launch the next instance of TIBCO Business Studio with the -clean argument:

<tibco_HOME>\BusinessStudio\TIBCOBusinessStudio.exe –clean

Note: The genetateManifest tool is located under (<dabs_HOME>\1.x.0\tools\generateManifest)
