Symptoms:

BE Engine throws the FATAL Error at startup.
Cause:

HTTP channel was addded in the CDD file.
Resolution:
==========
When a HTTP channel is not added in the cdd file, then BE doesn't initialize the channel on start-up and starting multiple agents work fine.
