Resolution:
This RTserver trace message indicates that the RTclient is attempting to subscribe to something that the RTserver thinks its already subscribed to. This is somewhat unusual because the SmartSockets APIs check for this condition before sending the request to the RTserver. There maybe conditions though where this can be considered normal. This is only a Warning, and since the desired state already exists, i.e., the client is already subscribed to the subject, this is a benign warning.
