Description:
The failure of triggers firing will be recorded in the TIBCO InConcert server with the following text:

<Error, DBMS, 10038>: Undefined status code 10038 for DBMS facility
The errors stops once you change in the batch registry the disposition of the event to RECORD on any other non CLEAR setting. The only events that needs this change are TASK_LATE_START, 218, and TASK_OVERDUE, 217, and only if they have the triggers enabled for those events.
