Resolution:
No, any third party client library which is compliant with JMS 1.1 specifications can not be used with the
TIBCO EMS server. It has to be a TIBCO client library to connect to tibco EMS server. Though specifications
are the same, implementation is propriatory and everyone can follow different mechanism to implement the
specification. So it won't work and can not be used.
