Resolution:
This message is seen when server-2-server connections are duplicately defined, such as server-A lists server-B in it's server_names list and Server-B lists server-A in it's server_names list, or another scenario would be if server-A was connected to server-B and then server-C connected to both Server-A and server-B (server-C would be the one reporting the problem in this case)
