Description:
Creating a replicated TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) 3.2.0 Administrator server using TIBCO Configuration Tool's "Replicate TIBCO ActiveMatrix Administrator Server" wizard fails with the error, "ResourceInstance 'TIBCO ActiveMatrix Governance JDBC Resource' does not exist, cannot perform action".
Symptoms:

Cause:
When creating the primary AMX Administrator, the user has the option to uncheck "Deploy Monitoring Service" and/or "Deploy Log Service". This means that "Monitoring Service" and/or "Log Service" applications will not be deployed to SystemNode. But during AMX Admin replication, TCT still tries to distribute these applications to replicated SystemNode (SystemNodeReplica) which would cause the error. This is a defect of AMX 3.2.0, which has been fixed in version 3.3.0.
