Description:
Observed behavior may include:

- Inability to synchronize all or some objects in the project.
- Inability to rename a process among other resources.
- Resources that should be locked are no longer locked.
- Inability to reopen a newly created project.

Cause
======
Defect in TRA 5.2.1 "davstore.jar" file

Workaround
===========
Swap "davstore.jar" file included in TRA 5.2.1 with "davstore.jar" file that TIBCO ships with TRA 5.2.0.

Resolution steps:
================
1. Obtain the TRA 5.2.0 "davstore.jar" file.
2. Exit Designer 5.2.1 (if running).
3. Replace TRA 5.2.0 davstore.jar file with TRA 5.2.1 davstore.jar file ("davstore.jar" should be in the /TIBCO/tra/5.2/lib/palettes directory).
4. Start Designer.
