Resolution:
This is a known defect in the TIBCO EMS product and it has been fixed in EMS 4.4.0.
The warning occurs when an application closes a consumer on a temporary destination and then destroys the temporary destination right away (which is perfectly legal). There are no real side effects of this defect other than the fact that users see this warning message in the server's console/log, so these warnings can be safely ignored.
In order to eliminate this error message, please upgrade to EMS 4.4.0+
