Yes, it is supported. You need to Install TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.1.1HF3 or higher to take advantage of the fix made in CR BE-18128.  Based on this fix, TIBCO BusinessEvents Views and RMS can now be configured to support secure LDAP connections using the property be.auth.ldap.ssl. Set the property to true in the CDD file to enable secure LDAP connections.
