Resolution:
It should be something related the machine configured in the connection factory in the factories.conf.
Check the factories.conf for the connection factory you are using in your application.
It is possible that configured machine is not reachable from your client box. Try pinging the machine you configured in
the factories.conf. If you are not able to ping, and you are using a machine name, you can try pinging the IP address;
If pinging IP address works, you could use IP address in the connection factory configuration, and contact your network
admin to fix your host name configuration problem.
Otherwise, please enable CONNECT, and CONNECT_ERROR tracing, reproduce the problem and send us the following information for review:

-- all ems config file
-- complete error message
